Couples
1. Share what’s happening in your lives with each other.
2. Show gratitude for one another.
3. Work together for the glory of God. You are teammates on the same mission.
4. You are not rivals. Don’t keep score.
5. Pray for one another. Celebrate one another.
6. Never stand in between your spouse and what God has prepared them for.
7. Exemplify forgiveness.
Husbands
1. Embrace biblical manhood.
2. Lead your families. Be the spiritual head of your home.
3. Proactively seek out ways to serve your wife. She is not your servant, employee, or slave. She is your helper. “Men serve so they can lead.”
4. Be strong and courageous for your families.
5. Honor your wife.
Wives
1. Be your husband’s best friend, his confident, vault and most trusted advisor.
2. Pour into your husband. Empower him.
3. Be virtuous and find your strength in God’s design for your life.
4. Be a guardians, an encourager, a preserver.
5. Guard your heart as the source of everything you do.
6. Make your home a sacred place for your husband to get away from the worries of the world. “Home is here for you, and it’ll be ready for you.”
7. If you’re a mother, recognize motherhood is the single most important ministry you have.
